We can analyze your raw data and better understand who are your best customers based on all of the elements you house such as demographics, SIC codes, sales information, average revenue and profit margin generated, repeat purchase behavior, preferred product lines, and lifetime customer value (i.e., total spend over time). We can also calculate an RFM score for each unique contact (i.e., recency and frequency of purchase and monetary value) and append incremental data from third-party sources to supplement the data (i.e., so you can know more). The information gained from this front-end analysis can then be used to influence list rental decisions, product development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
